SHIPPING AND HANDLING

COVID19 UPDATE - Kingdom Wellness Teas is OPEN for business!

Receiving raw materials from our suppliers has been a challenge due to the pandemic. Please note that processing and shipping are delayed due to Covid19. Your order is of the utmost importance to us. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We’re working to get orders out as quickly as possible. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns as we look forward to serving you.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed for Shipment within 1 to 3 business days of receipt Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship/fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders submitted after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Our Manglier Wellness Tea Blends are handcrafted to order expect shipping to be delayed 4 to 5 days.

All order are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Unless you have selected a different option

Our shipping & handling charges cover the expenses we incur to process, pack, and ship your order.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive FREE standard Shipping on all orders over $75 using the code "KWTFREESHIP" at check-out. Valid on all domestic orders. Alaska and Hawaii surcharges and fees still apply. Taxes, shipping and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirement. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

 SHIPPING DETAILS

All orders will generally be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days and are expected to be delivered through USPS within 3-5 business days after they’re shipped. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Additional time and surcharges may apply to orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. 

BELOW CIRCUMSTANCES MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING OR DELIVERY:

  • Credit card payment issue
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
  • Unable to authorize package with signature (please let UPS know if you are not home)
  • PO Boxes - UPS does not ship to PO Boxes (please include house address or expect delay as we ship through USPS)
  • Out of Stock (will ship ASAP as ready and we’ll notify you)
  • Weather Issues

If the shipping address provided by you is incorrect it may cause delays. We understand there could be spelling mistakes or sometime you forget to mention the apartment number.  In that case, our system flags your order and we will reach out to you to verify your address. We will contact you 3 times- once by phone and twice by email. If we don’t hear back from you within 2 business days after our last contact, we will cancel and refund your order.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII

Shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii is available for an extra charge of $8.95. 

 SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. This may cause a slight delay in delivery. If you can include a house address instead of a P.O. Box, please do so. 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. 

REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is crucial to us here at Kingdom Wellness Teas, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged or missing an item or if you have received incorrect product, please contact our consumer relations desk within 5 days of receiving. Please call us at (912) 342-2375 or drop an email to support@kingdomwellnessteas.com.
