Hello! Welcome to Kingdom Wellness Teas!

I’m Karen Moore, Founder and Chief Wellness Officer (CWO). I’m a three-time Sepsis Survivor, a 2019 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a Health & Wellness Advocate, a Multi-passionate Entrepreneur, Author, Mother and Daughter of the King.

I am the CEO of Kingdom Wellness, Company, Inc., founder of P.H.A.T (Pretty, Healthy, and Transformed) Girlz Thrive and the CEO of Karen Y. Moore Lifestyle, Inc. a premiere health, wellness and lifestyle brand that is dedicated to educating, supporting and inspiring women to live happier healthier, more meaningful lives through an assortment of products, online courses, programs, coaching services and live events.

During my studies at IIN, I learned how to transform my health and wellness by learning how to make better nutritional choices, utilizing natural herb remedies, and implementing small sustainable lifestyle changes. Since 2017 I’ve embraced a healthier lifestyle, whole food nutrition, holistic healing, and a common-sense approach to wellness. And from my personal transformational journey a passion was born to see others healthy, happy, healed, and whole. How it All Began

Our Story

It was during the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic that the idea originated for Kingdom Wellness Teas. I was researching various herbs and botanicals that could be used to keep me and my mother well during the pandemic. My mom has numerous health challenges and at a very high risk of catching the virus, so it became imperative that I kept us both well.It was during this time that I crafted a proprietary tea blend that I named ImmuniTea.

Being a three-time Sepsis Survivor, I have no time for sickness. I crafted ImmuniTea specifically to help boost and support our body’s natural immune system. Herbal medicine is truly gift from Heaven. I now feel as though I’m connecting a broken chain to our ancestors, who looked to nature for healing. Not just because it was all they had, but because it improved the quality of their lives. Hippocrates, the father of medicine, was quoted to say; “Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well.”

Your complex body was created by God (your Creator) with many amazing abilities. Every moment of every day, without any action on your part there are hundreds of processes taking place and abilities available to you, even while you are asleep. The human body has an internal pharmacy, which when functioning properly produces natural analgesic, anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-stress, sleep-inducing, immune system strengthening, and gastrointestinal normalizing chemicals. God’s ‘farmacy’, (not pharmacy), provides an abundance of healing foods, medicinal herbs, and therapeutic essential oils. Herbs and botanicals are full of phytonutrients that work together to bring about specific beneficial effects as well as overall well-being.

They’ve been used for thousands of years by herbalists in many different traditional health systems, including Creole, Native American, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Herbalism. Spiritual beliefs and practices, including prayer, meditation, faith, and faith in God– have been scientifically shown to provide healing and shorten recovery time. Combining prayer, scripture, the body’s amazing abilities with God’s provisions is the principle in which Kingdom Wellness Teas is founded.
